PAYMENT TERMS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! You must be 18 years or older to order. All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and apps (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay). Once the service begins, your credit/debit card will be charged.

No cancellations or refunds are allowed due to the nature of the product.

NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At WOW BEAUTY CENTRE, we uphold an exceptional standard of quality assurance, ensuring every bundle of hair undergoes a meticulous inspection process to deliver the highest quality product possible. All hair bundles are thoroughly examined prior to installation, reflecting our commitment to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required.

This deposit covers preparatory work completed prior to the installation, including hair encapsulation, custom color mixing, coloring, and other necessary preparation.

POLICY CHANGES
WOW BEAUTY CENTRE reserves the right to make changes to prices, policies, and procedures at its discretion.

Hair Retention Policy

We retain any client hair left with us for any reason for a period of up to 12 months from the date of the initial appointment. After the 12-month period, if the client has not requested to retrieve their remaining hair, it will be disposed of at our discretion.
